The Booking Process


Helping to prepare you all for your holiday

Making a booking for one of our Holiday Homes is easy! You can either fill out the enquiry form on the specific property page, enquire about several properties at once via our Booking Enquiry Form  or you can contact us.  Once we receive your request we will check your dates are available and contact you with pricing information.

To secure your booking you will need to provide us with a few extra details and pay a £100* non-refundable deposit (£100 deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your holiday) We will also send you a copy of our terms and conditions which need to be read, completed and signed. Your holiday is only confirmed once we have received your completed terms and conditions after which time, we will send out your holiday confirmation and all relevant information for your chosen property.

*Deposit may vary depending on accommodation and location.

You have the option of paying for the cost of your holiday in one full payment, or by taking advantage of our easy interest free monthly payment option.

If you decide to take out our Spectrum Cancellation protection plan this will also need to be paid along with the deposit and cannot be added to your monthly installmens

Please note:

* We, Spectrum holidays act as an agent in booking your holiday accommodation. Your contract will be with your accommodation owner.

** We do not supply fun passes for the Haven caravan sites however you can either purchase these separately from reception on your arrival day or you can add the cost on to your holiday booking and pay for everything together either in one full payment or in monthly instalments. The passes will then be available for you to collect from owners reception on your arrival date.

We understand how difficult many people on the spectrum can find changes in routine and things like going on holiday can be a particularly anxious time for families. To help support you with your holiday preparation we supply social stories for all our properties. We can also provide a visual countdown or a visual checklist (whichever your chid responds to best) that we can send out to you before your holiday. If there is anywhere you are hoping to visit while on holiday, we can help by providing a social story for that too! You will also find a visual resources pack inside your holiday home with a “now, next, later” keyring that can be taken out with you if needed.

Supporting you during your stay.

We understand that preparing an autistic person for a holiday can be challenging. At Spectrum Holidays we ensure we do absolutely everything we can to make this process easier for our families. We have visited each of the caravans and holiday homes personally and have put together a social story for each one.

Inside the holiday homes you will find a set of visuals to help support you while on holiday, there is also a “now, next, later” travel keyring to take out and about with you as well as some information about the local area.

We work closely with all of our holiday home owners so there will always be someone available to help should you have any problems during your holiday. Please contact Spectrum Holidays in the first instance with any queries or issues and if applicable we will contact the holiday home owner on your behalf. We can also provide information on the surrounding area, local amenities or visitor attractions.

If you have any questions or need help with anything during your stay, we are available to contact at any time either through email, telephone or using Facebook messenger.  We can contact the property owner on your behalf if needed.
